[ARCHIVED] Sunoco Update

Despite repeated requests from the Township, Sunoco has declined to participate in a meeting that would address concerns being raised by various Township residents. To be as responsive as we can be, in our very limited role in this project, Township Board of Supervisor Chairman Joe Toner has directed that Sunoco be an agenda item at our regular monthly meeting (which is the 2nd Monday of the month at 7:30pm) for the next three months, or more if required. Police, fire and code enforcement will be in attendance and can respond to questions involving permitting, storm water management, code enforcement and noise regulations.

Since the Township has such a limited role, below are agencies involved in the project from which you can get additional information.
