[ARCHIVED] Update: Energy Transfer Waivers Issued in Error

The Township has received notice that the waiver approvals granted yesterday for Energy Transfer (Sunoco) were done so in error. The waivers are still pending at this time and under review. The Township will continue to post information both on the Township website as additional information is made available.
